Heal Your Emotions &
Transform Your Relationships
If you are struggling with issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationships, addiction, life changes or find it difficult handling multicultural issues, I would like to help you to overcome your concerns.

I guide you in this journey of self-discovery and self-healing to transform your relationship with yourself and others.
THERAPY
My Approach
My aim is to create a nurturing relationship that enables you to explore and connect the root of your current struggles with formative experiences and past relationships. I want to support you to change unhelpful behavioural and thinking patterns that are preventing you from leading the life you want and to implement self-care and self-compassion to transform your life.
Ulysses/Immigrant Syndrome
In many cases migration is not an easy process, even for people that have many years away from their place of origin and live in an environment that seems familiar in spite of not having your loved ones like family and friends, cultural, social status, gastronomy, smells and landscapes among others. It could be accompanied by feelings of isolation, anguish, chronic stress and a sense of not belonging. You could benefit by getting support.
Reparenting
It is the gift of giving yourself what you did not receive as a child from parents to meet your emotional needs. It help you to heal your inner child and create awareness of your current needs as an adult e.g. being hard on yourself or unable to set boundaries in adulthood are rooted in unmet needs during childhood.
Hold hands with your soul... it knows the way.
About Me
I work holistically taking into account feelings, body, mind and the soul. My clients are from a variety of cultural backgrounds, as well as diverse sexual orientation and gender identity. My approach is relational and experiential. The focus is on you and guided by you and I help you to talk about yourself using a relaxed and conversational style.
I am passionate about nature for healing and calm, as well as cultures as a way to broaden the senses and understanding others in our differences and similarities, and people's power to bring out our inner resources for self-healing through a nurturing relationship.
I have been working with charities such as Waterloo Community Counselling, Place2Be and Make a difference at Sandies in London, supporting adults and children across London.
I am a fully qualified and registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) in the UK. I work according to BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.

I am an Integrative Counsellor, which means I tailor different therapeutic approaches including Person Centre, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness (MBCT) and Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy among others to best suit your individual needs.
